Digital products All digital products are delivered instantly via email download link upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you still cannot access your file please get in touch and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical products We ship physical products including shoe making supplies, fabric, leather and physical handbooks from Cheshire, United Kingdom.

Processing time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During busy periods such as product launches or the Christmas period, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays.

UK shipping Standard tracked shipping via Royal Mail — estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping — estimated delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional charge.

International shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on your location and local customs.
