Returns and Refunds

Digital products Due to the instant download nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on PDF patterns or digital guides once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please read all product descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with your download we will always work to resolve it. please get in touch.
Physical products We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We accept returns on physical items that are unused and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note that fabric and leather sold by the metre or as cut lengths cannot be returned once cut, unless the item is faulty. This is standard practice for fabric retailers.
Cancellations If you need to cancel a physical order please contact us as soon as possible at ayisha@thecrafterpreneur.com We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched we are unable to cancel but our returns policy applies.
Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.
